Compared to our old website, the new website is a 20 out of 5. We’re using the expert feature constantly to update and we can’t really think of a way to improve it right now, we rate it a 5/5. Our goal with publications has been excellent as they are highly visible and provide results. We’ve increased our subscription rates not only through the website but also through MailChimp.

Our marketing team is able to produce high-quality content with relevant projects, experts, and publications using built-in algorithms or our own preferences. The styling options obey our branding guidelines and we like/love that feature. 

Your support team is outstanding. If we were using Adobe or some other solution, we would never get the same support. It's a massive benefit and an incredible support system to work with. You do a great job of understanding our needs and how we’re using the software you always get us and help us move forward. You’re so willing to work on helping us improve and add new features. I can’t think of anywhere else where we would get the support we need. You’re always prepared to spend the time and apply great input and suggestions. You’ve never once said it’s not part of your scope, you're always willing to think about a new approach to something and I think that’s really outstanding.

The confidence of knowing that it’s all in order and it’s being checked up on a regular basis gives me peace of mind.
